Massage on the Move Took Its First Breath in 2011, After a Need for a "Mobile Spa Therapist" was Identified. Due to People Not Having Time During Their Busy Work Day to Visit a Spa. Lately Even More so Due to Covid-19 Forcing us to Stay Home. We Felt That There Was No Better Time To Have This Convenience of Therapists Travelling To Your Home, Hotel, Lodge and Office.

SPA POLICY

     Our Policies Have Been Set  To Guarantee You Ultimate Satisfaction!

   Terms And Conditions

  • All Bookings Must Be Finalized No Later Than 3 Hours Prior To Booking.

  • 100% Upfront Payment Is Required To Finalize a Booking.

  • Should Therapists Exceed Allocated Times Booked, Clients Will Be Charged Accordingly.

  • All Payments Strictly EFT. No Cash Payments Will be Accepted.

  • After Hour Bookings Can Be Arranged in Advance. After Hour Rates Apply.

  • An Additional Setup Fee Will Be Charged For All Spa Pampers, Event Pampers and Corporate Events. This Includes Setup, Equipment and Consumables Required.

  • Travelling Fees Apply.

  • All Cancellation Fees Apply.

    Cancellation Fees

  •  Cancellations to be Notified No Later Than 12 Hours Prior To Booking. A 25% of Total will be Charged For Cancellations - Admin Fee.

  • Cancellations Notified Later Than 12 Hours Prior To Booking. A 50% of Total will be Charged For Cancellations - Admin & Penalty Fee.

  • Cancellations Notified Later Than 1 Hour Prior To Booking. A 100% of Total will be Charged For Cancellations - Admin & Penalty Fee.
